Karae (pronounced car – A) has provided heart-felt career services
for 15 years. The first 9 years with a local government agency and since
then with her own company Morgan Ebbett Career Services. She named the
company after her grandmothers' maiden names to symbolize the support
they so consistently provided.
Karae passionately believes life is too short for the wrong job so providing
career transition services allows her to assist people to find their calling
and enjoy their lives. "Karae’s holistic, and solutions
focused approach to Career Services is what sets her aside from other
more typical offerings. She truly strives to learn all she can about the
individual client and works to build plans and activities that will help
that person achieve not only a “job” but a fulfilling career
and lifestyle. She helps people get to the heart of their passions and
to pursue them." Leah Taylor, former co-worker at The Job Shop
To remain on the leading edge of job development, Karae has created new
curriculum yearly (including handouts and materials). She has completed
an eCareer Coach Certificate which transfered her skills so she could
provide career services in an online environment. "Karae’s
service experience is not one dimensional – she works equally well
with Military personnel going “civilian”; with urban professionals
seeking to balance careers with family and other values; she has done
extensive work for and with brain injured clients, and works with women
entrepreneurs, parents, business organizations and associations."
Leah Taylor, Contractor for PSO, CFB Comox
Karae is as committed to her clients as she is to building capacity in
the community. “Throughout the three days of facilitation, Karae
demonstrated her ability to build trust, facilitate open communication,
resolve tense situations, and develop consensus among participants.”
Angie McLeod-Daignault Business Strategist formerly with PACF “Karae
took a strong leadership role within a team approach and brought together

"Karae is passionate about helping others to find fulfilling
work and she is an inspiration to those she comes into contact with."
