~The basic contract runs over 5 months with each meeting between 1 -
1.5 hours. The first month requires 4 meetings, then month 2 requires
2 meetings, and then month 3, 4, and 5 require only one meeting.

~ 11 meetings for a total of 13.5 hours over 5 months
