WHAT is a Success Circle?
A group of up to 10 people meet to network and set individualized goals
in a supportive atmosphere led by a facilitator.

WHERE will the Success Circle happen?
Salish or Tsolum buildings at Courtenay Recreation's Lewis Park. Enter
near the 5th street bridge, drive until you reach a parking lot deadend,
and then you will have found the Tsolum building. The Salish building
is a short walk past the tennis courts.
WHEN will the Success Circle happen?
2nd Tuesday of every month for 1h our from Noon till 1:00pm
4th Wednesday of every month for 1.5 hours from Noon till 1:30pm
If neither of these days works, build your own group! Get a minimum of
5 friends together and we can facilitate a monthly meeting when it works
for you. We are taking a waitlist for the 2nd Friday of the month. Let
us know which day works for you.
WHY would I join the Success Circle?
"In every venture there are significant events that either make
or break the outcome. This is particularly true with small businesses.
Over the past four years one of the most significant business-success
events for Pet Treat Bakery was the day I went to a one-hour goal setting
meeting. One hour that changed the end result of Pet Treat Bakery.
My particular problem was prospecting – I knew that my lack
of prospecting would eventually lead to business failure but I just could
not force myself to make those cold calls.
During that one hour goal setting meeting I committed to the Group
to make three prospecting calls during the next 30 days.
Suddenly, I was committed to a group, and I had to decide if my fear
of prospect rejection was greater than admitting to the Group that I didn’t
even try to prospect. I made the calls. And, I ended up with two new wholesale
customers!
The following month I committed to four cold calls – and, again
I ended up with new customers.
I still dislike talking to people I don’t know but I make those
cold calls. A huge amount of the success of Pet Treat Bakery is credited
to Karae White and the Success Circle Group."
